This is an excellent, clinically-oriented guide to autism and Asperger syndrome from the Oxford "The Facts" range of guides. This book is short and well organised, with a good index, covering the definition, description, diagnosis, key traits and interventions for either professionals or people affected by autism. There is plenty of medical language, which is introduced gradually and explained well.
