A biopic of the animal-handling expert and autism advocate Temple Grandin (Claire Danes and Jenna Hughes), who was diagnosed with autism at the age of two. She is a professor and has a PhD in animal science. Temple Grandin also starred (as herself) in the BAFTA-winning animated documentary “A Is for Autism” (1992), “Horse Boy” (2009), “When Animals Adopt” (2011), the mystery “The Being Experience” (2013) and the US TV series “Animal Odd Couples” (2012–).
